Bug Master recommends the following monthly watering schedule for established* lawns in Indian River County. Temperature, rainfall and amount of sunlight (shade or no shade) affect needs of plants and shrubs. This schedule is not to be used for newly planted landscapes or sod.

Shrubs require 1/4 the water needs of turf. From October-February shrubs may not require supplemental irrigation.
